Northfield has recently been named the best city in the U.S. for a well-rounded retirement, according to MONEY Magazine.

Well, now the secret is out! But what they didn’t say in the article is that it is a great town for those who belong to any age group.

Northfield’s remodeling Fifth Street this summer, and I have a front row seat.

As you can tell from this photo from my office window, I get to hear and see the action first hand.

The project is part of a larger improvement of Fifth Street from Water Street to Washington Street, including utilities and streetscape upgrades. For more, see this link.
